Shipping and Returns Policy

We offer complimentary standard shipping via NZ couriers straight to your door on all orders over $200. Orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $10.50

Your products are shipped from our clinic in Christchurch, and our standard shipping option delivers in 2-6 business days for most residential postcodes.

  • In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.
  • The collection of products from our clinic can be pre-arranged.
  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns on products purchased online unless deemed faulty. We do not allow returns for “change of mind”
  • Return shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense.
  • This no-refund policy also applies to medical procedures (including injectables) and dermal treatments and procedures.

Please note that our treatments, services, and packages are not transferrable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. Furthermore, deposit fees typically are non-refundable but can remain on the system as a credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item
